Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 24 hours before service: Full refund or reschedule.

  • Less than 24 hours before service: Partial or no refund (varies by service provider).

  • No-show: No refund.

Cancellation by Service Provider

  • If a cleaner cancels, we will help you find a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Service dissatisfaction? Report within 24 hours for a partial refund or re-cleaning.

Changes to Bookings

  • Rescheduling is free if done 24+ hours in advance.
